Born in Portland, Oregon on March 8th, 1957, Robert grew up in Carmichael and attended Encina High School where he was active in basketball, football, and baseball.
He coached his son’s Land Park Little League team and attended his daughter’s many dance performances.
He is also survived by his mother Audrey Mistretta of Sacramento, sister Debbie Bingham, niece Cheyenne Bingham, and father Chuck Bingham, all of Texas.
After high school, Robert served honorably in the US Army Nuclear Security program from 1975-1978 stationed in Germany.
